Cancerians are extremely sensitive. They are happy when making others happy but miserable to have made others sad. They have a tendency to play it safe even though they have strong and high emotions. They do tend to lurch from one problem to another with astonishing frequency.

On the rare occasion a Cancer man or woman has very strong feelings of attachment toward something or someone, it has a huge impact on their lives. They can end up feeling drained with the just the sheer enormity of their feelings. They fall for things in a big way.

They are not good at taking orders from anyone else and hate to be told what to do. They are happy looking after others but only on their terms.
 
 
They constantly need the reassurance that they are loved. They also need to know that everything they are doing is good enough. They continually seek others support and encouragement and sometimes suffer guilt without knowing why.


The Cancer star sign is a crab but Cancerians have no wish to carry their homes on their backs. They have to lay down roots and it has to be a home that is warm and welcoming. They need a home that others will find comfort in. It doesn’t have to be large and expensive just as long as it is their much-loved fixed abode and they are happy with it.


Cancerians chose to wear clothes that conceal who they really are. They are not dowdy, colourless clothes but clothes designed to hide the sensitive and slightly defenceless people they really are. Although they have a strong sense of style, they usually have that standard, familiar and safe item in the wardrobe that they love and feel good in, and it comes out day after day.


Cancerians have the ability to make lots of money but they can be just as happy without it. They have a natural talent to make excellent financial decisions but the sentimental side kicks in every now and again and they find it hard to make ruthless business deals. They are inclined to contribute to every charity and needy cause as they have an extremely charitable nature. They need to avoid risky situations and instances of throwing good money after bad.

Eating in a rush it not something Cancerians would chose to do. Food is important and must be savoured and enjoyed and a sit down meal is preferable to a quick snack on the move. They are perpetually hungry but do not give in to continual grazing, they have much more self control than that.


Cancerians are prone to frequent outbursts of frustrated temper and usually these are directed at the person they love. Obviously, if the relationship is solid and Cancerians are good at providing stability, these temper tantrums will not damage the bond between them. The Cancer person must try to control their frustrations before they erupt.


Cancer people are sensitive to the needs of others. They will always provide that shoulder to cry on, the ear to listen. They can usually be trusted to say the right thing at the right time.
They have a great strength and Cancer people yearn for love and tenderness. They are, however, very wary of having getting their hearts broken. They are terrified of rejection so are very careful who they give their love to. This means that there are masses of missed opportunities and if only they could have been that little bit braver they might not have missed out on such a good thing.


Cancer man can bottle up his feelings until they are boiling up inside him and they explode. He must learn to control his feelings because otherwise his partner will find him difficult to live with. He hates to be contradicted or criticized.


Cancer woman often gets taken for granted until she finds herself in a marital power struggle. Because she is happy to do everything or constantly give in to others wishes she can end up a time bomb waiting to explode. Everything gets bottled up inside herself and the stage is set for trouble.
